razer synapse not detecting deathadder chroma

But was wondering if anyone had any ideas or suggestions or whether someone else has this problem and possibly managed to fix it. I have put in a support ticket to Razer so god only knows what information I’ll get back.

It’s really devastating when hardware is packaged with horrible software which doesn’t even come close to the quality of the hardware. So a couple of days ago my Razer Deathstalker was damaged and now certain keys don't function was a bad idea on my part to drink and game but never the less lesson learned.
